An Ideology
Narayan Industries (NRI) is not just a corporate entity; it is an ideology, a revolution, and an epic of empowering humanity. Our story began with a simple idea in 1983, which was later shaped in 2007 by Late Shri Harinarayan Prasad Ji. Following his untimely demise in 2011, there was a pause, but it was not the end. In 2023, under the leadership of Digvijay Narayan (CEO) and Chairperson Payal Narayan, the company was reborn from the ashes like a Phoenix. Today, it has evolved into a massive ecosystem of 17 pillars, housing over 200 brands including YanYal, Instrya, Connexax, and Narayan Foundation.
The life philosophy of our CEO, Digvijay Narayan, is crystal clear: "No fondness for clothes, no hunger for wealth... just give me 'respect' and the 'resources' to work, and without shedding a drop of blood, I will change the map of this world." Within his chest resides the ambition of Alexander the Great alongside the righteousness and sacrifice of Mahatma Gandhi and Lord Ram. This company is built not for profit, but for the upliftment of mankind.
Under our 'Open World' initiative, we have resolved to make education and space science accessible to all. Through Suryanta Lernis and the Narayan Research Institute (NRI University), we are ensuring that future education, digital courses, and degrees remain 100% free (Zero Cost). Education is a right, not a business.
Simultaneously, through NRSPO, we are making all space-related data open source so that humanity can rapidly advance toward a multi-planetary future. Nurtured by the blessings of a hardworking mother (Smt. Rinku Devi) and forged through immense struggles, this empire is today completely recognized by the Government of India (GSTIN and UDYAM MSME). This is just the beginning; the true destination of Narayan Industries is to give a new, positive direction to the future of this entire world and the universe.
The Inception & Foundation
The incorporation and foundation of YanYal and the core ideas of Narayan Industries took place in 1983. It was the time when the seeds of a great future were sown.
Era of the Founder
Late Shri Harinarayan Prasad Ji officially became the Founder of the company. Under his visionary leadership, the company began to take its true form.
A Pause in Time
On 8th October 2011, our respected founder Late Shri Harinarayan Prasad Ji sadly passed away. Due to his demise, the operations of the company had to be closed. It was an emotional and paused era in Narayan's history.
Rebirth & New Leadership
On 9th October 2023, the company had its rebirth (Reunion). Digvijay Narayan became the Co-Founder and Payal Narayan was appointed as the new Chairperson. The legacy of Narayan took a new flight.

Manufacturing & Setup
The setup of Narayan Industries (NRI) started strongly. With PC, manufacturing products, and build items, the company firmly established its footprint in the industry.
Foundation of YanYal & Recognition
In September 2025, we received Udyam MSME recognition. On 8th October 2025, Digvijay Narayan founded 'YanYal'. The name was crafted by combining "Yan" (last 3 letters of Narayan) and "Yal" (last 3 letters of Payal). It was made a unit, brand, and co-company of NRI.
Global Expansion & Ecosystem
