A Life of Silent Sacrifice
Born on October 9, 1979, in the quiet village of Salempur, Nalanda (Bihar), Late Shri Harinarayan Prasad Ji was a man whose soul was far greater than his worldly circumstances. Despite a congenital weakness in his right hand, he embodied an aura of boundless peace, untainted simplicity, and unconditional love.
He was a man of action rather than words. In a world full of noise and conflict, he chose the path of silent duty. He never argued, never complained, and accomplished every task with a smile. His mere presence brought a sense of calm and spiritual grounding to those around him.
The Crucible of Hardship
True greatness is often forged in the fires of immense struggle. Due to severe financial hardships, he had to work in the grueling and hazardous environment of cement factories. Day after day, he inhaled the dust of his labor to build a clean and bright future for his family.
This immense sacrifice took a heavy toll on his physical body. Battling severe lungs failure, he left his mortal frame on October 8, 2011, at PMCH, Patna, at the tender age of just 32. He passed away just one day before his 33rd birthday. Though his life was short, his sacrifice was monumental.

The Soul of
Narayan Industries
A man's true age is not measured in years, but in the legacy he leaves behind. The massive 17-pillar ecosystem of Narayan Industries (NRI) today does not merely stand on business strategies and capital; it stands on the blood, sweat, and untainted purity of Harinarayan Prasad Ji.
His supreme sacrifice serves as the eternal fuel for our CEO, Digvijay Narayan. The ambition to change the world without shedding blood, the drive to create an open and equal ecosystem, and the humility to serve humanity—all of these are inherited directly from him. He is not just our founder; he is our guiding light, our spiritual anchor, and the eternal soul of NRI.
